BRAVE partnered with Safer Care Victoria to produce a nine-part, drama-based training series supporting Safewards — an evidence-based model designed to reduce conflict and containment, strengthen therapeutic relationships, and improve outcomes for consumers and staff in hospital and care environments.
Working closely with SCV, we conceived, scripted and produced the full suite of training films, blending performances from professional actors with real Victorian nurses to ensure authenticity, emotional truth and clinical accuracy. The result is a powerful, practice-focused resource helping teams implement Safewards principles with confidence and compassion. The series has been warmly received across the sector and is contributing to safer, more supportive environments for both consumers and health practitioners.
