Victoria’s second most visited tourist attraction was about to embark on a major project to expand its operations and open up the second half of the line to domestic and international visitors. BRAVE were asked to create a piece which assisted stakeholders in comprehending the development and the projected benefits to the region. The resource was successful as was the commitment and funding to the Puffing Billy’s next phase.
