A playful mixed-media journey introducing young Victorians to renewable energy.
BRAVE partnered with the State Electricity Commission to create a 90-second mixed-media animation that reimagines how primary school students learn about energy. Designed in a scrapbook-style world of cut-out photos, textures and real imagery, the film introduces key concepts—from “What is energy?” through to solar, wind and hydro power—in a way that is imaginative, accessible and fun.
Our team handled visual concept development, design and animation, delivering a vibrant educational piece that blends collage, motion graphics and live-action elements into a cohesive visual story.
The animation is now used in classrooms across Victoria, helping young learners understand renewable energy through creativity and play—and demonstrating BRAVE’s strength in transforming complex topics into engaging educational storytelling.
