TAC DRIVE SMART

The TAC commissioned BRAVE for this large-scale filming project which involved staging hazardous driving scenarios to be included in the online resource ‘DriveSmart’. This project involved 12 days of filming, multiple road closures and stunts on Melbourne’s roads, freeways and intersections. We post-produced the material, filmed in 4K to simulate virtual driver head turns in a realistic 3D animated dash environment. The resulting resource is a significant step forward in visualised road hazard simulations. DriveSmart will be launched soon to assist drivers in making critical decisions and also will contribute to the TAC achieving their Towards Zero initiative.
